What is a Swimming Pool Permit Plan…?

The plans above are plans that provided descriptions and accountability for the many details and measurements that will be required from the local Building Department in gaining permit approval. These types of plans connect a price to a commitment.

The plan below is a “Sales Tool” for providing a 3-D animated version of a conceptualization for what could theoretically be built. The level of commitment becomes negotiable, because the details are left to the imagination.

If a plan is going to be built, it will need to reflect accurate intentions. Accurate diagrammatic expressions are instrumental in allowing a measurement for the requirements to be assessed. Generating a one dimensional overview that simply expresses shape and size will leave many important details out of the mix and position you for making assumptions that may or may not be reality.
